About the Stone
Tiles and pavers is the catch-all: everything we quarry, cut to whatever size the job needs rather than whatever the standard pack happens to be. Across our full range — sandstone, limestone, basalt, granite, quartzite — in any dimension, edge profile and finish you specify.
The distinction that matters is indoor tile versus outdoor paver, and it is not a marketing one. Indoor tiles are cut thinner, finished finer, and calibrated tighter, because an interior floor wants precision and does not face frost. Outdoor pavers are cut at 22mm and above, with more surface texture for grip, and specified for freeze-thaw. Using indoor tile outdoors is the single most common and most expensive mistake in natural stone — it will crack in the first hard winter.
Beyond that, everything is negotiable. Large format up to 600×1200mm and beyond, where fewer joints give a cleaner, more contemporary line. Bullnose, chamfer, pencil, half and full bullnose edges. Honed, polished, sandblasted, brushed, flamed, tumbled. Send us a schedule and we will cut to it.

A few honest notes that will save you real trouble later.
Never use indoor tile outdoors. This is the most expensive mistake in natural stone and people make it constantly, usually to save money. Indoor tiles are thinner, finished finer, and not specified for freeze-thaw. Outdoors they crack in the first hard winter, and by then they are bedded and pointed. Outdoor wants 22mm minimum.
Calibration is what makes laying fast. Calibrated means consistent thickness across every piece, so the tiler is not shimming each one to level. It costs slightly more per square metre and saves considerably more in labour. Uncalibrated stone is a false economy on anything but the smallest job.
Match the finish to the room, not the mood board. Polished looks superb and is genuinely dangerous wet — it belongs in a dry interior. Honed is the safe modern default. Sandblast or flamed is what you specify for a wet room, a pool surround or anywhere with traffic. This is a safety decision dressed up as an aesthetic one.
Order 10% extra, and keep the offcuts. Standard for natural stone. Keep the spare pieces somewhere dry — a batch cut two years later will not match, and a single cracked paver in the middle of a floor is a genuinely annoying problem to solve without a spare.

Care & Maintenance
Depends entirely on the stone and finish you chose. Sweep and wash with a mild, pH-neutral detergent as the universal baseline. Never use acidic cleaners on limestone — the damage is permanent — and be cautious with them on any natural stone.
Seal porous stone before use and reseal every two to four years depending on exposure. Polished and honed surfaces show water marking more readily than textured ones and benefit most from sealing. Porcelain, if you went that route instead, needs no sealing at all.
