1. Does Malujiwala Stone keeps stocks of Porcelain paving in UK?
No we dont stock in UK. We only dispatch and manufacture from India on your orders.
2 How long does it take to reach UK after I place the order?
It usually takes 4 weeks to 6 weeks to reach UK, from the order.
3. Can I order a mix container of Sandstone and Porcelain?
Porcelain can be mixed with different design of Porcelain in a container (upto 3 designs per container), But Sandstone and Porcelain cannot be mixed together in 1 container.
4. How many square meter in the container?
It consists of 40 pieces of 600x900x20mm per pallet (21.6 sqm) and 31 pallet in one container. Total 670 Sqm per container.
5. Where can I see your Tiles in UK?
We supply to a lot of large companies across UK, If you need to have a look, touch and feel the quality. We will advise you where to to.
6. Want to see new designs, but afraid to order full container ?
No problem we have got you covered, while you order full container of regular designs, we will send you 15 to 20 slabs of new porcelain designs so you can order with confidence.
7. Is your Price VAT included?
No our price is not VAT included.
8. What documents do I need for Importing to UK?
You need a valid EORI code and VAT number to be able to import in UK.
9. Do you assist with Door delivery of the stock too?
Yes we assist you with door delivery of the stone and porcelain in a curtainside truck, so you dont have to unload the container and you can just take out crates out of curtain side lorry with the help of your Forklift.
10. What is FOB price?
FOB is price of materials at the Indian Port.
11. Can you help us with Door delivery prices?
Yes we have trusted forwarders in the UK, who take the materials from Mundra Port India and delivery straight to your yards in the UK. They take care of customs, ocean freight and delivery in a curtain side truck to you.
