Information you give us. When you submit a quote request, sample request or enquiry form, we collect the details you enter — typically your name, company, email address, phone number, country and the description of your requirement.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours records standard technical data such as browser type, device, approximate location derived from IP address, pages visited and time spent. This is aggregate analytics, not an attempt to identify you personally.
To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, arrange samples, fulfil and ship an order, and keep in touch about that order. We also use aggregate analytics to understand which pages are useful and improve the site.
Enquiry forms on this site are delivered through a third-party form service, and site analytics run through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics. If you choose to contact us via WhatsApp, that conversation is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy terms. These providers process data on our behalf under their own policies.

To complete: this is a solid working draft, but have your CA or lawyer confirm it. Two things I could not verify: how long you actually retain enquiry records (clause 6), and whether you want to name the specific form and analytics providers in clause 4 rather than describe them.
